ORDER
The order of rejection dated 01.09.2012, rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner for appointment to the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant, is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The writ petitioner participated in the process of selection for appointment to the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant and he was not selected on account of the fact that he was over aged at the time of selection process. The writ petitioner was aged about 51 years and the maximum age limit fixed for selection was 35 years. This being the factum, the order of rejection is in consonance with the recruitment Rules. A person over aged cannot seek appointment to the post of Animal Husbandry Assistant. Thus, the writ petitioner has not established any acceptable legal grounds for the purpose of considering the relief sought for in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
