ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to provide adequate Police protection from the respondent Nos.4 to 10 on the basis of his representation, dated 02.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The 3rd respondent shall communicate the result of the said enquiry to the petitioner forthwith. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the said enquiry, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
