When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioner was relieved from the 5th respondent-College and accordingly,she joined in the newly recruited post. Thus the grievances of the Writ Petitioner has been redressed and no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
