ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct election among the list of eligible candidates scrutinized and selected by the respondent No.4 on 16.04.2013 as per election Schedule for election to be held on 27.04.2013. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that already election had been conducted as per schedule and writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in the writ petition.

3.In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
