Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents resulting in the 3rd respondent's impugned order dated 17.10.2012 issued in Ref.No.56639/E1/1/2012 and consequential order of the 4th respondent quash the same and direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to allow the petitioner to continue at Government Primary Health Centre, Viralimalai i.e. The present station till the final order passed by the first respondent on her application for Voluntary Retirement dated 31.01.2012.

in proceedings dated 17.10.12 quash the same and direct the respondents 2 to 4 to allow the petitioner to continue at Government Primary Health Centre, Viralimalai. 2.The impugned order dated 17.10.2012 is transfer and posting order. The writ petitioner was transferred and posted to Government Hospital At Pudukottai District. However, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner now made a submission that the writ petitioner had passed away. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
