ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the salary as applicable to the cadre in which the writ petitioner is working has been denied. Thus the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner is now working as Teacher and the salary as applicable to the post of Teacher has not been disbursed in favour of the writ petitioner. In this regard, the writ petitioner had submitted a representation on 23.04.2013 and the same is yet to be considered. Thus, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner on 23.04.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the relevant Government Orders if any along with the order copy passed in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
