When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the transfer issued to the Writ Petitioner has already been approved by the Department and the Writ Petitioner is continuing in the same school. In view of this fact, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
