When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 23.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed, under the caption "for dismissal". 2.Today, even though, the matter is taken up for hearing neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present to proceed with the matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
