ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action based on complaint made by the petitioner, dated 01.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
