COMMON ORDER This Court directed both the petitioners and the third respondent to participate in the "Kida Vettu" function. However, it is submitted that the third respondent neither participated nor conducted the function independently. The other two groups have complied with the order passed by this Court and have conducted the festival.

2. If the third respondent is aggrieved for this year he is at liberty to approach this Court. There is an order to approach the Civil Court to establish their rights. The parties are strictly directed to approach the Civil Court for the next year. If any petition is filed before this Court, the same shall not be entertained.

3. The same is recorded.
