O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner, dated 09.01.2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the re-fixation of pay and arrears, as applicable as per the Government Orders has not been paid to the Writ Petitioner. The Writ Petitioner was placed under suspension and subsequently, re-instated and joined duty on 13.03.2009 and the criminal case also ended with an order of acquittal. Thus, the service benefits as applicable as per the Rules is not settled in favour of the Petitioner. In this regard, the Petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 9.1.2013 to the respondent and the same is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 09.01.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with a copy of this order to the respondent, for further action.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
