Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2013 and make arrangements of pathway to survey lands. 2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation by making arrangements to survey the pathway in Survey Nos.277/1B, 245/1A, 245/1B1, 245/2A, 277/3, 280/1, 244/7B, 245/2B and 2451C1 situated at Erakudi village. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. There is no question of directing the respondents to survey the property. The competent authority to survey the property is not a party to the Writ Petition. Therefore, we do not see any ground made out by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus.
