This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.760 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 78 and 351(1) of BNS, 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.760 of 2024, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.2987 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
