This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam Division, to number the unnumbered eviction petition in T.C.T.P.No...... of 2025 pending on the 1/4

file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam Division. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this case is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself, without notice to the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed an application in unnumbered eviction petition in T.C.T.P.No...... of 2025, to evict the respondents from the schedule mentioned properties, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam Division. The same was returned to the concerned Tahsildar in original to consider the same without stating any valid reason. Hence, this petition has been filed. 4.This Court perused the records. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Kumbakonam Division returned the application directing the concerned Tahsildar to consider it on merits and in accordance with law. This Court finds no infirmity in the above said order. The petitioner has to approach the concerned forum.

5.With the above said liberty, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
