ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceeding initiated in pursuant to the charge memo issued by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A1/87/2023 dated 28.02.2024.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
