2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the request of the petitioner has been rejected by a proceedings dated 08.12.2025. The copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
