ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.211 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in CC No.489 of 2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
