This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 15.09.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
