ORDER
The petitioner has sought for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's company personnel and contractors for the installation of a cell phone tower at the work site situated in G.R.Survey No.287/548 (Ward 'E', Block '6', Town Survey No.18), Old Door No.36, New Door No.33, (Ward No.12, New Ward No.7, Present Ward No.8, Current Ward No.13), Moore Kadai Street, Velipattinam, Pattinakathan Village, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2025 2/5
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law and an appropriate action would be taken within a period of four weeks.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
