Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 22.04.13 made in Na.Ka.Oo.E1/1093/2012 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give cheque signing power of the Chinnakollapatti Panchayat to the petitioner.
