..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent not to include any new members in A-1977, Palani Taluk Fisheries Co-operative Society as well as not to add in the voter list (new join members) situated at Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent not to include any new members in A-1977, Palani Taluk Fisheries Co-operative Society, and not to add any new members to the voter list, based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation on 10.11.2025 requesting the respondents not to induct new members into A-1977, Palani Taluk Fisheries Co-operative Society and not to include them in the voter list. As no action was taken, he has approached this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 is directed to be considered.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
