The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 65 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award passed in E.C.No.108 of 2023 dated 11.07.2025 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation cum Joint Commissioner of Labour, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
