The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the writ petitioner himself had resigned his job on 01.11.2012 and the resignation letter submitted by the writ petitioner had accepted and he was relieved from service on 22.11.2013. This being the factum, the relief as such sought for in this writ petition for a direction to direct the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ provide the petitioner with alternative job will not arise at all. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
