ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
