ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to revoke the temporary suspension order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.E4/2560/2023 dated 10.11.2023, relating to the licence No.44/2013 of M/s.Kaniskar Fire Works in respect of Survey Nos.1602/1, 1603/1A2, 1603/1A3, 1603/1B, 1603/2A2, 1603/2A3, 1603/2B, 1604/1B1, 1605/1A, 1605/3A, 1605/3B, and 1606 situated at Mangalam Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 22.07.2024, 24.07.2024, and 29.05.2025, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the enquiry is in progress and that a decision will be taken based on the outcome of the enquiry.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed with a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
