Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct a proper and fair enquiry on the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2025 and 06.11.2025 and to take appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 and 4.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a proper and fair enquiry on the petitioner's representations dated 06.10.2025 and 06.11.2025 and take appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
