..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent State Government to give permission to the petitioner forthwith for establishing the Nursing College namely Shanmuga College of Nursing at poigaimedu Sankarankovil Taluk in Tenkasi District based on the proposal dated 13.08.2022.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to grant permission for establishing Shanmuga College of Nursing at Poigaimedu, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, based on the proposal dated 13.08.2022.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1, 3, and 4 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered in his favour, provided he satisfies the relevant rules for starting a nursing college and complies with the requirements mentioned by the fourth respondent in the communication dated 22.06.2022.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to submit all relevant records to the first respondent. Upon such submission, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate orders within one month from the date of receipt of the records. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
