This Criminal Original Petition is filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.413 of 2025 from the file of the Thiruneelakudi Police Station, Thanjavur to some other Investigation Officer within the jurisdiction of

2. Though the petitioner has sought for transfer of investigation, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the Deputy Superintendent of Police of the jurisdiction may be directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the Sub Inspector of Police.

3. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruneelakudi Police Station, Thanjavur to complete the investigation in Crime No.413 of 2025 and file a final report within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The investigation shall be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police of the jurisdiction.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
