By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

3. According to the petitioner, one Raju, has preferred O.S.No.828/2005, with regard to the title and possession of the property in question and the same is pending. Pending disposal of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the said suit, the respondent has transferred the House Tax

Assessment from his name to the said Raju and aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 26.08.2008 and because of the inaction on the part of the authorities, he is before this Court, seeking a direction to dispose of his representation, on merits.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted his representation in the year 2008 and it is not known whether the relief sought for still subsists due to passage of time.

5. Under such circumstances and also considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2008 and pass appropriate orders, if not already passed, on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
