This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to implement the order dated 03.02.2025 of the District Revenue Officer.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the lapse of about 9 months since such order was issued, the Tahsildar has not taken steps to implement the order.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the order would be implemented within eight (8) weeks after verifying whether such order has been challenged.

4. The petitioner before the District Revenue Officer is the petitioner herein. There were six respondents, namely, Anusuya and 5 others. It is necessary to verify whether the order of the District Revenue 2/4

Officer was challenged by the said persons either by filing a civil suit or by way of Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received notice in any such proceedings.

5. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to take necessary measures to implement the order dated 03.02.2025 of the District Revenue Officer. Such measures shall be taken within a maximum period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
