The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner as a Water Supplier and Tank Operator in the respondent municipality.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.04.2013 to that effect. Therefore, without expressing any views on the merits and contents of the Writ Petition, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.04.2013 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
