(3) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994.
Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.10283 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in A6/373/2013 dated 19.02.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the third respondent as per the provisions contemplated under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, with regard to the misappropriation and irregularities committed by her.
