: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return back the golden jewels to the petitioner which were pledged by the petitioner's deceased husband Liyakkathali in the 2nd respondent Bank vide jewel loans Nos.3359/11, 3360/11, 3633/2011, dated 01.11.2011, 01.11.2011 and 13.12.2011 respectively within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
