: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.B1/436/2013, dated 04.01.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to undergo 2nd Medical Board Test and on that basis to select and appoint the petitioner for the post of GradeII Police Constable A.R.(Men) in the ongoing combined recruitment of Grade-II Police Constables/Grade-II Jail Warders/Firemen-2012 conducted by the respondents.
