ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition, to direct the Sub Court, Aranthangi to dispose the suit in AS No.12 of 2024 as early as possible.

2. The notice to the respondents is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

3. Considering the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2024 and the same was adjourned without any reason, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Aranthangi to dispose of the suit in AS No.12 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
