[Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to grant emergency leave for 15 days without escort to the petitioner's father, who is a convict prisoner namely Chandirasekaran, S/o.Karuppaiah (CP No.8996) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 seeking emergency leave for a period of 15 days to his father namely Chandirasekaran, S/o.Karuppaiah (CP No.8996) has been rejected by the second respondent dated 12.11.2025.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so aggrieved by the order dated 12.11.2025.
