Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue certificate in regard to the standing trees situated in Survey No.476/1, (Plot No.55) to an extent of 0.01.00 Hectares, Kamarajar Nagar, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue certificate in regard to the standing trees situated in Survey No.476/1, (Plot No.55) to an extent of 0.01.00 Hectares, Kamarajar Nagar, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents, seeking to issue a certificate in respect the trees grown in his land, in order to get permission from the Forest Department, for the purpose of constructing house therein. Since, no such certificate has been issued by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2013 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
