O R D E R

Alleging that, despite proper application, the respondents are not granting approval to the plan to the petitioner's building, he is before this Court, for the aforesaid relief.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Upon notice, the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that, in this subject matter, the authorities had already passed an order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

14.12.2012, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to challenge same.

4. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order dated 14.12.2012, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
