Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the tender proceedings of the 3rd Respondent dated 10.04.2013 in Ve.Aa.No.107Se.Ma.Tho./Oo.Pa/Vi.Ka.ku/2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct fresh tender sale of the right to transport IMFL and other liquor cases from the TASMAC godown to various retail outlets in a fair and transparent manner.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the third respondent dated 10.03.2013 and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct fresh tender sale in a fair and tranparent manner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)Nos.1 to 4, 6 to 8 of 2013 are closed.
