: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent herein to take necessary action to remove the encroachment as per his proceedings dated 14.01.2012 in O.Mu.No.618/2011/Aa4 in the land bearing Survey Nos.647/1, 648/2 and 649 in Kodalvavi Village, Aathur Sub Division, Dindigul District with in a time fixed by this Court. *********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent requesting to remove the encroachment made by the local people in respect of the land in Survey Nos.647/1, 648/2 and 649 in Kodalvavi Village, Aathur Sub Division, Dindigul District. Since follow-up action was not taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.01.2012 on

merits and as per law with notice to the alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
