Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the president of the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner and other members' representation dated 23.04.2013 and to remove the president of the 2nd respondent from its Presidentship post according to section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act , 1994 within the time stipulated by this Court.
