ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 and direct the the respondents to pay the revised scale of family pension to the petitioner.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the respondents to pay the revised scale of family pension to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 29.09.2025, this Court without going into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of Eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
