O R D E R

Alleging that the respondents 1 and 2 are trying to lay electrical line, without getting the petitioner's consent, through his lands in Survey Nos. 107/8 and 107/9 in Neduvasal East Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, the present petition came to be filed for the aforesaid relief.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3.Upon notice, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, submitted that, the authorities are not attempting to lay or draw electrical line, whatsoever, through the petitioner's land, as alleged. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording such submission, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities afresh, if so required. No costs.
