[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in a similar case, this Court, by an order dated 03.12.2025 passed in C.M.P.(MD) No. 19266 of 2025 in W.A.(MD) SR No.98862 of 2025, has granted leave to the petitioner therein and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the said order before this Court.

2. In view of the above submission, this civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 08.05.2025 in

W.P.(MD) No.13947 of 2025, is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order.
