Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings pursuant to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 23.04.2013 in Na.Ka.No. 1303/2011/B.1 in so far as Serial No.3 of Item II relating to Nagercoil Arulmighu Nagaraj Temple and quash the same and consequently restrain the Respondents from selling sub standard Milk products in the name of milk in and around Arulmighu Nagaraja Temple Nagercoil without any valid license and pass such further or other orders.
