ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order issued by the 1st respondent in Letter Ref No. SCN/321439037/25 dated 30.04.2025 and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It appears that the impugned order is only in the nature of a show cause notice. It is therefore open to the petitioner to submit his objections to the same. Without availing the opportunity of filing objections, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is permitted to submit his objections to the first respondent to the impugned order in writing within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such objections, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders after affording an opportunity to the petitioner within a period of three weeks thereafter.
