ORDER

The learned respective counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a joint submission that the writ petitioner was terminated from service during the pendency of the writ petition based on the impugned show cause notice issued. In view of the development occurred during the pendency of the writ petition, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. However, it is made clear that the writ petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law, if any, grievance exists. 2.With these above observations, the writ petition stands closed.
