By relying on a sale deed dated 03.05.2012, the petitioner asserts title in respect of 1415 sqft in T.S.No.1, AB.K. Abhishega Puram Ward. After submitting a representation seeking inclusion of the petitioner's name in the Town Survey Land Register, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the matter is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer and that orders would be issued on merits after conducting an inquiry.

3. From the documents on record, it is not possible to ascertain the current classification of the relevant survey number or details of the pattadar, if any. Therefore, it is necessary for the petitioner to submit all relevant documents and for the first respondent to conduct an inquiry before taking a decision.

4. Subject to the above observations, without expressing any 2/4

opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request and to pass a speaking order within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons who would be affected by such order. No costs.
