ORDER
The Rehabilitation Science Graduates Welfare Association is the writ petitioner in this writ petition.
2.The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records in relation to the advertisement issued by the second respondent on 29.04.2013 for recruitment to the post of Coordinator is under challenge in this writ petition and to consider the case of the member of the writ petitioner's association to grant equivalence in respect of qualifications. 3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the equivalence is granted. However, in respect of the qualifications impugned in this writ petition, the respondents had not followed the procedures. This Court is of an opinion that the association has filed the present writ petition pursuant to the notification of one post i.
e coordinator, which was already filled up and now after a lapse of about 5 years, the said selection cannot be challenged now and it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress their grievances if any, in the manner known to law. 4.With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
