The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 24.06.2025 in A.S.No.63 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Palani (camp at Kodaikanal, reversing the judgment and decree, dated 22.06.2018 in O.S.No.47 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
